Thank you to all the volunteers who helped support travelers stranded in the community of Hope.
The highways between Hope and the rest of BC have reopened to essential traffic, so stranded travelers are now able to leave the area and supplies are able to reach residents of Hope.
United Way British Columbia has established a Flood Response Fund to support critical relief and urgent recovery efforts in the aftermath of devastating flooding across BC. Donations will assist those who are displaced or have lost housing, belongings or employment, and who have suffered physical or mental health trauma. Donate here: United for BC Flood Response
